Arctic Survey and Route Selection

Through experience on projects in various geographic areas, INTECSEA is familiar with a wide range of physical and operating conditions that can be applied to Arctic Pipeline and Transportation Systems. Pipeline route data and data sources for seabed and oceanographic conditions and resulting design criteria have been compiled. This provides valuable background information for data gathering and survey programs required on each individual project, where work scopes may include geophysical route definition and surveys, geotechnical investigations, ice gouge data and actual oceanographic survey work. At this stage, correct data interpretation and quality assurance are very important.
