

Mr. Nooteboom has 37 years of experience in business management and project execution of offshore oil and gas subsea and floating production systems. As President of INTECSEA he is responsible for maintaining INTECSEA leadership as a global provider of engineering and project delivery services for deepwater oil and gas developments. Mr. Nooteboom has held responsibilities in the area of design, analysis, R&D, technology, fabrication, installation, project management and corporate management. He has worked on projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Canada, North Sea, West Africa, Mediterranean, and South East Asia
His career has covered the complete spectrum from manufacturing and supply to engineering and construction management, with responsibilities in the areas of design, analysis, research and development, fabrication, installation and project management. He has worked on projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Canada, the North Sea, West Africa, the Mediterranean and Southeast Asia.
He has had significant involvement in several project milestones, including the Burullus' Scarab/Saffron development offshore Egypt, and Mobil Zafiro Field Development off Equatorial Guinea.
Nooteboom holds two patents: as a co-inventor of a subsea well worker method and for a deepwater mooring system. Nooteboom holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Delft in The Netherlands.
