Bernard has more than fifteen years of Human Resources and Leadership experience, including more than seven years in the oil and gas subsea and Offshore industry covering recruitment, performance management, training, team building, employment law, industrial agreements, employee engagement, succession planning and retention strategy implementation.

Areas of particular expertise include strategic recruitment; resource planning; international mobility; communication; dealing with tough, diverse and sensitive issues requiring empathy, resoucefulness and engagement of others, including investigation and resolving grievances; supporting and coaching managers with performance and behavioral issues to achieve a motivated and effective workforce.

Bernard joined INTECSEA in 2006 which has given him the opportunity to strengthen his technical knowledge of the Subsea industry and work with great people who are experts in their field.
