Organization

INTECSEA, Incorporated is a division of the WorleyParsons Group, which provides engineering services to support projects worldwide. INTECSEA's corporate structure is set up as a group of smaller companies operating in cities around the world including Houston, Rio de Janeiro, London, Delft, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Perth, and Melbourne.

All operating offices work in close cooperation and exchange their specific expertise and staff as needed to successfully complete engineering projects. INTECSEA believes in using project-supporting systems, consisting of INTECSEA's knowledge base, project services and information management. These knowledge bases define INTECSEA's expertise in a given area of technology. Project support services include internal procedures and software for project management, cost control, procurement and construction supervision. Our information systems consist of technical and project documentation files and the communication and computer networks which connect all INTECSEA offices, project locations and staff.

A key factor in the success of our organization is the reliable dissemination of information through the development and maintenance of databases and thorough internal communication systems. These systems sustain ongoing development in order to strive towards excellence in all areas of knowledge transfer and information management.
